At Shanti Kids School we take care of our families’ information. This policy explains what data we receive through this site, what we use it for, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it.
2 What information we receive
When you request a visit you give us your name, email, phone number, the program you are interested in and, optionally, a message.
For security, the site also records your IP address when a form is submitted. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s policies.
3 What we use it for
Only to answer your request, schedule your visit and give you information about enrollment and programs.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
4 Children’s information
This site is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13. If you share your child’s details in a form or message, we use them only to talk with you about their enrollment.
5 Who we share it with
Only with providers needed to run the site (web hosting and email) and with authorities when required by law.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, icons from jsDelivr and, on the contact page, a Google map; these services may receive your IP address when displayed.
6 Testimonials and photos
If you send us a testimonial, your name, message and photo (optional) are stored only after you tick the authorization box. Nothing is published until we review and approve it.
Photos are stored privately, resized, and stripped of hidden data (such as location). You can ask us at any time to remove your testimonial or photo by writing to info@shantikids.com.
7 Cookies
We use a single technical session cookie, needed to protect our forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8 Security and retention
We protect data with an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access and activity logs. We keep requests only as long as needed to handle them.
9 Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to info@shantikids.com. We will reply as soon as possible.
10 Changes to this policy
If we update it, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
