Shanti Kids School prioritizes active family involvement in the school community. Ways to get involved.
Families are invited to volunteer through various meaningful activities, including:
- Reading or telling stories to children
- Preparing classroom materials
- Playing educational games with students
- Playing musical instruments, singing, and dancing
- Taking photos or recording videos of classroom moments
- Assisting on the playground
- Bringing a pet to share with the class
- Decorating classrooms and bulletin boards
- Helping with special events and field trips
- Sewing costumes or repairing toys, books, and classroom tools
- Speaking at parent meetings
- Sharing helpful resources or information with teachers, parents, and children
Interested volunteers should complete the volunteer form in the office or sign in at their child’s classroom.
